Description

Bioreparation is the next stage in the evolution of biorevitalization. Both procedures are similar in technique: microinjections of certain drugs go into one of the skin layers. The key difference between bioreparation is the composition of injected drugs and its effect. Biorespirates are complex drugs based on the same hyaluronic acid. However, significant addition to these drugs are peptides, vitamin complexes, amino acids, etc. Due to such a multicomponent structure of the molecule, drugs can stay in the skin for up to 3 weeks, creating a stock of nutrients and stimulating the synthesis of new collagen fibers

Details

Bioreparation of the skin is the injection of the drug into the dermal layer by injection. To make the procedure of bioreparation very comfortable, an anesthetic cream or gel is applied to the site of the proposed work before it begins. For the procedure, very thin needles are used, so anesthesia is sometimes not carried out.

After 10-25 minutes, when the skin has lost sensitivity, it is disinfected with an antiseptic and the drug is injected. The face, neck, decollete area is treated with the “papule” technology.

If the face is performed, the injections should be done along the massage lines at a distance of 1 cm. The neck is processed along the arcuate lines, the distance between the piercings is 1.5 cm.

After finishing up, the skin is covered with a wound healing cream. Papules dissolve within 1-3 days. To achieve the maximum effect, you need to take a course consisting of 3-5 sessions (1 session in 2-3 weeks). Also it is recommended to carry out the supporting procedure – once in two months.

We have being working with Bioreparants “Martinex” Gialrepayer 02, 04, 08 (HYALREPAIR, Spain) for a long time and I prefer them others for some reasons. They all have a convenient volume of 1.5 ml. Gialrepayer 02 consists of hyaluronic acid (14 mg / ml) modified with vitamin C, proline, lysine and glycine. These amino acids (glycine, proline, lysine) are the parts of the main proteins of the intercellular dermal matrix. Their function is to trigger the synthesis of own collagen and elastin. Gialrepayer 04 consists of hyaluronic acid 14 mg / ml 1.3 million Da, modified with vitamin C, cysteine and glutathione. The sulfur-containing amino acid cysteine and tripeptide glutathione are very powerful antioxidants, acting at the various stages of free radical chain process of biomolecules oxidation. In the organism, cysteine and glutathione restore the oxidized form of vitamin C to the original active form. Cysteine is a part of proteins and peptides, promotes the formation of collagen and improves the elasticity and texture of the skin. Gialrepayer 08 consists of hyaluronic acid (14 mg / ml), modified with vitamin C and L-carnitine, which provides skin rejuvenation, reducing the thickness of the subcutaneous fat, accompanied by simultaneous lifting of the face, reduction of the second chin, lifting of the face and body tissues.

We also often use the preparation Teosyal Redensity (TEOSYAL PureSense Redensity, Switzerland). In addition to hyaluronic acid, peptides and amino acids, it includes vitamin B6 (promotes tissue regeneration), zinc and copper molecules (to control cells’ division), lidocaine, which removes unpleasant feelings from injections. I would also mention such preparation as Teosyal Mesoexpert (Teosyal Mesoexpert), which also has an effective and long-term result after the course of procedures.

1. Pregnancy, lactation

2. Acute inflammatory processes at the site of the planned procedure

3. Exacerbations of chronic diseases, autoimmune diseases, oncology

4. Skin coagulation disorder

5. Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation

Bioreparation course depends on the chosen preparation. Usually, 3 to 5 procedures are required with interval of 2 weeks. Supportive injection is recommended to be done every 1.5 to 2 months. The course is to be applied 2 times a year.
